Financial Assistance

Support for those seeking financial assistance is available at Therapeutic Health Services.

We offer an affordable, adjustable fee system that is based on income and family size. As a fully licensed, non-profit healthcare service provider, we are eligible for coverage by most private and government insurance plans. Therapeutic Health Services is funded by federal, state and local governments, as well as the United Way of King County.

There are a number of publically funded programs available to help pay for the cost of treatment and services with THS, including

• Medicaid - Title XIX (including CNP, GAX, TANF, and SSI.
• General Assistance for Unemployable (GAU) - Only with referral from Primary Care Physician under the GAU Pilot Program (due to disappear 7-1-09)
• Private Pay
• Insurance

City of Seattle and King County funding for low income youth under the age of 18.

For adults there are limited Non-Medicaid funds through the County Mental Health system.

There is also funding through the city for youth at CYFS.
