Benefits

Therapeutic Health Services offers a comprehensive array of employee benefits, many of which exceed those found at other health care organizations. They include:

Sick Leave Twelve days per year – unlimited accumulation (FT, PT is pro-rated); not cashed out upon separation

Vacation Twelve days first year; additional day for each year of service thereafter until the 20 day maximum is reached (FT, PT is prorated). Maximum carryover from one year to the next is 80 hours. Balance of unused vacation is cashed out upon separation.

Personal Leave (PTO) One day of "Personal Time Off" per year (FT) after the first full year of employment. This cannot be carried over into the following year.

Leave of Absence Military: 15 days – THS covers the difference in pay (FT); Bereavement: 3 days paid (FT); Jury Duty: THS covers the difference in pay (FT).

Holidays 11 paid holidays (FT, PT is pro-rated).

Training Allowance Up to $400 per year will be paid to any FT employee for pre-approved Training pertinent to their position.

Medical, RX and Vision CIGNA Health Plans: Office visits are covered at 100% after a $20 co-pay (not subject to the deductible). The in-network the individual deductible is $400 and the co-insurance is 80% in most cases for all other services. THS pays most of the employee's premiums and will pay 100% upon completion of the CIGNA Health Risk Assessment. Dependent and domestic partner premiums are the responsibility of the employee.

Dental Dearborn National: $2,000 benefit maximum per year and additional $1,000 lifetime benefit maximum for child and adult orthodontia. THS pays 100% of employee premiums and 50% of the dependent premiums.

Life / Accidental Death & Dismemberment Dearborn National: employer paid Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage 1x annual salary to a maximum of $50,000.

Retirement Plan (403b) Axa Equitable: Both a Matching Plan (1%) and a Profit Sharing Plan. Other than the 1% match, employer contributions are 100% discretionary and are based on the fiscal performance and financial health of THS.

Health Club MembershipTHS partners with 24-Hour Fitness Centers to provide low cost health club membership.

Flexible Spending Account Manley Administrative Services: Expenses paid with pre-tax dollars through payroll deductions (FT,PT). Allowed expenses include up to $5,000 for dependent care expenses and $5,000 for unreimbursed health-related expenses, including dependent premiums (except domestic partners).

Supplemental Coverage AFLAC: Optional coverage including Cancer Protection, Personal Recovery, Intensive Care, Short-term Disability, Accident, and additional Life Insurance. This comprehensive menu of voluntary benefits may purchased via payroll deduction to meet the needs of you and your family (FT,PT).

Raises Based on performance and subject to availability of funds (FT, PT).
