Benefits

Therapeutic Health Services offers a comprehensive array of employee benefits, many of which exceed those found at other health care organizations. They include:

Sick Leave Twelve days per year -unlimited accumulation (FT, PT pro-rated); not cashed out upon separation.

Vacation Twelve days first year; additional day for each year of service thereafter until the 20-day maximum is reached (FT, PT is prorated). Maximum carryover from one year to the next is 80 hours. Balance of unused vacation is cashed out upon separation.

Personal Leave (PTO) One day of “Personal Time Off” per year (FT) after the first full year of employment. This cannot be carried over into the following year.

Leave of Absence Military: 15 days - THS covers the difference in pay (FT); Bereavement: 3 days paid (FT); Jury Duty: THS covers the difference in pay (FT).

Holidays 10 paid holidays (FT, PT is pro-rated).

Medical Group Health (100% for covered services within the Group Health network with $10 co-pays).

Dental Standard Insurance Company: $1,000 maximum benefit per year. Dependent coverage: THS pays 50% (FT, PT).

Life/Accidental Dismemberment State West Life Insurance: $10,000 per employee (FT, PT).

Workers Compensation Covered by the Department of Labor and Industries (FT, PT).

Retirement Plan (401K) Both a Matching Plan (1%) and a Profit Sharing Plan. Other than the 1% match, employer contributions are 100% discretionary and are based on fiscal performance and financial health of THS.

Health Club Membership THS partners with 24-Hour Fitness Centers to provide low cost health membership.

Flexible Spending Manley Administrative Services: Expenses paid with pre-tax dollars through payroll deduction (FT, PT). Allowed expenses include dependent medical insurance premiums, unreimbursed health-related expenses, and dependent child care expenses.

AFLAC Supplemental Coverage Optional coverage including Cancer Protection, Personal Recovery, Intensive Care, Short-term Disability, Accident and additional Life Insurance. This group plan is designed to fill possible gaps in medical coverage and is available on a payroll deduction basis to all staff.

Raises Based on performance and subject to availability of funds.
